Every product is made in small to medium size batches to ensure freshness.

What is your TAT (Turn around time)?
Our TAT for all RTS products is 8 business days effective February 17 2018. Custom order TAT (custom orders of any type) is 14 business days.
Refund and Return Policy
There are no refunds or returns at this time due to the nature of our handmade products.
PayPal Invoicing
If you request Angel Essence Aroma to invoice you for any orders (custom or regular), the invoice for the order is due within 24 hours of invoice made. Shipping invoice is always sent during our TAT of order. If PayPal invoice is NOT paid within 48 hours there will be a 10% order fee charge invoice sent to your email. This is just our policy based upon any wasted products if there be a custom invoice not paid.
We take our orders and custom orders seriously and may begin to start any invoices when created. Please be sure when requesting an invoice and no one likes their time wasted. Thank you!
Angel Essence Aroma is a Canadian company located within Hamilton, Ontario. If picking up your order locally, please indicate this in the "NOTES" section of your order.
After placing your order, you will recieve your shipping invoice within our current tat. Our TAT (turn around time) is currently 4-7 business days. Once your shipping invoice is paid in full, your order will be shipped.
Shipping prices are based upon WEIGHT of order. We ship within Canada and the USA. Shipping prices will range from $8.50-$17 depending on the weight of your order. Free samples are included with every order because who doesn't love free?! Shipping invoice will be sent via PayPal within 4-7 days of your order.

Do you ship outside of Canada?
Yes! We love our American and worldwide customers. We currently ship worldwide - and shipping rates aren't bad at all!
How is shipping calculated?
Please keep in mind that the prices on our website are in Canadian dollars and will convert to less if you're an American customer. If you are ever curious about converting your Canadian order total to American currency please check out a currency calculator on google. For American customers, the dollar is in your favour - your order will calculate to LESS upon checkout and payment since the Canadian dollar is worth less.
Do you Combine Orders?
Yes, combined orders are completely fine. Please be sure to use the same name, address and info as you used for the previous order. We will automatically combine your orders for you as long as they are placed within 48 hours of each other. Otherwise, please email us and we will be happy to help you.
